We Love Compliments!

I got a compliment call today about our service, wahoo!. I even made a compliment column on my call log. Customer # is 316986. Mom Judy was happy from the moment she booked the appointment to when/how she received her package. She had 2 daughters that came through our studio that had multiple outfit sessions (I could only find 1 in old p1) and she was happy that there was a session that her son could have that was inexpensive and painless for him. She said that when she came into the studio, they were in and out quickly and everything that we said would happen, did. She got her proofs, placed and received her order in a timely fashion. She was also impressed that we shipped the packages UPS. She had a bad experience with her daughters college photos (the company that took them shipped them through the post office and the mail man folded the order even though it said do not bend) and was thrilled that we went the extra mile to ship the order UPS so that the photo would not be bent.

I just thought that I would pass it on since we rarely get calls regarding things that we did well...

  • It's sad that we don't hear more of the happy endings then we do the bad endings. We should all take note of this and use it for ourselves the next time we have a great experience.
