Company Picnic
Hi, Everyone,
A company picnic is planned for Saturday, July 26th (sorry for the brief notice) at West Hill Dam and Park, 518 East Hartford Avenue, Uxbridge, MA 01569. from 1-8 p.m., with a cookout at 4 p.m., furnished by Blanchard Foods from Worcester. Lemonade is included, and you can bring other beverages, if you’d like. Bring your spouses/significants and children. The park has a beach for swimming (children must have life jackets), a volleyball court, a playground, and hiking trails, as well as a pavillion with picnic tables. We’ll have some games, enjoy the wildlife that abounds there (at dusk, you can observe deer and there are over 200 bird species that migrate through, including eastern bluebirds), and enjoy the food and each other’s company. The park is managed by the Army Corps of Engineers. Parking is $1 per person over 12, with a $4 per car maximum charge. You will be guests of Grynn and Barrett Studios for everything else. Please tell Linda Maiolo at 800-639-2104,ext. 200 (lindam@grynnandbarrett.com) if you will come and how many in your family will join us by Tuesday, July 22nd (a firm date).

p.s. We have adjusted the schedules in Holyoke and Rocky Hill (Westboro, Framingham and Worcester are closed on Saturdays) to allow staff working that day to finish in time to join the picnic before the food is served.
